of major distributors, each with thousands of suppliers, to gather product information and introduce new technology, materials and suppliers, and manage technical data and samples, support evaluation and product development, support QA & QC audits, then arrange sales and delivery through the respective distributor. - Kollabo.biZ does not buy and sell products nor work on a commission basis – we work exclusively on behalf of the customer for an agreed mission-based fee.

The service we offer starts with an initial investigation into the type of product you are looking for, followed by the listing-up of potential suppliers and/or manufacturing partners in Japan.
Depending on the results of the initial investigation we then offer a bespoke service where we act on your behalf to arrange samples, quotations, technical support and quality assurance as needed.
We also help you find the best purchasing route.
We have a team of six seasoned business development professionals and engineers all with a background from well known Japanese electronics companies, and if we don’t have the expertise we will find the right person from our networks.
The amount of time and the number of people working on your project will vary according to the actual needs on the ground, the availability of key people, and the agreed consulting fee.
Working time is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
This will depend on the nature of the project, and the speed of responses between each player.
Once we agree the project and terms we can start immediately.
We will need reliable and smooth communications with you and your team, and prompt responses to technical matters.
The best way to guarantee success is to be well prepared and understand that we are all on the same team when managing the project.

The initial investigation is in-depth and costs US$1,000.
Thereafter we will work with you on a monthly basis for an agreed fee based on the amount of work required – there is no minimum or base fee.
